Entry Representative: Ray Cripps

In February 1943, 77 young hopefuls arrived at RAF Cranwell as the 5M3 (46th) Entry, the last Entry to train as Wireless Operator Mechanics. During training they gained 15 from Senior Entries and 3 failed to pass out as WOM's. Thus 89 were left to Pass Out in September 1945 as the 5M9 (46th) Entry.
